Assess
We review the site, surfaces, access, drainage, contamination and operational requirements.
Quote
You receive a written scope and price based on the information available at quote time.
Prepare
Before work, the applicable Take 5/risk assessment, exclusion zones, drainage and other controls are confirmed.
Clean
We use the agreed method and stop or adjust work if changing conditions make the planned approach unsuitable.
Complete
We conduct final checks, review the work area and record any agreed follow-up requirements.
Site-Specific Controls
- Traffic, pedestrians and mobile plant
- Stormwater pits, gutters and drainage paths
- Chemical label/SDS and required PPE
- Water supply and equipment condition
- Overhead services and access/height hazards
- Wastewater pathway where recovery or disposal is required
- Site induction, emergency contacts and communication
Stop When Conditions Change
Work is paused where a risk cannot be adequately controlled, where containment fails, where a required disposal pathway is not confirmed, or where weather/access/site conditions make the planned work unsuitable.
