Pressure Cleaning for Homes, Strata & Commercial Sites

Across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, we assess concrete paths, driveways, commercial carparks and hardstand for surface condition, contamination and drainage before recommending a pressure-cleaning approach.

Surface-appropriate work

What can be pressure cleaned?

Pressure cleaning is suitable for many hard exterior surfaces, but not every surface should receive the same pressure or treatment. We assess substrate condition, coatings, joints, drainage and surrounding landscaping before agreeing the work.

Concrete driveways & pathways

Surface-appropriate cleaning of suitable concrete, paved paths, external stairs and pedestrian access routes. Existing cracks, loose coatings and delicate joints are considered.

Commercial carparks & hardstand

Planned cleaning for appropriate carpark areas, loading zones, shared exterior surfaces and industrial hardstand, subject to access, contamination and wastewater controls.

Strata common areas

Communal footpaths, external access ways and suitable hard-surface areas with planning around residents, vehicles, trip hazards and pedestrian separation.

How we work

From Enquiry to Completion

Cleaning is planned around the site and the written, accepted scope.

1

Site & surface assessment

Provide the approximate area, location, surface material and the main issue—organic growth, dirt, discolouration or other contamination. Photos help with initial assessment.

2

Cleaning method & protection

We consider surface compatibility, water access, access restrictions, pedestrian/vehicle movements and a workable runoff or recovery pathway.

3

Written scope & scheduling

We document the agreed areas, method, inclusions, exclusions and a proposed work window to reduce disruption.

4

Completion & review

The cleaned areas are reviewed against the accepted scope. Any areas requiring further treatment are documented and discussed.

Practical answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you pressure clean all concrete and paving?

No. Suitability depends on the material, coatings, joints and condition. We can discuss a lower-pressure or alternative method where a high-pressure clean could cause damage.

Can you clean commercial carparks while the property is operating?

Sometimes. Scheduling, traffic management, access controls and any required approvals are assessed before accepting a work plan.

What about dirty wastewater and stormwater drains?

The drainage route and site requirements form part of our assessment. We do not assume that contaminated wash water can be discharged to stormwater.

Which areas do you service?

We service Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, including suitable properties in the surrounding corridor. Work is quoted according to the property, access, travel and scope.
